She advises clients on civil law matters, helping them resolve a wide range of everyday legal issues as well as matters arising in business relationships. She also prepares documentation related to the incorporation of commercial companies and handles amendments to entries in the National Court Register (KRS).
She specialises in family law, particularly matters concerning child support, contact with children, and parental authority. She represents clients in divorce and separation proceedings, as well as in cases concerning the division of marital property following the dissolution of a marriage. She has a deep understanding of the dynamics of such cases and the strong emotions that often accompany them.
Marika’s priority is to develop the most advantageous legal strategy for each client while also minimising the emotional burden associated with legal proceedings. She therefore places great emphasis on building a professional relationship based on mutual trust and partnership.
