Piotr is a recognised specialist and passionate practitioner in the field of cultural heritage and historic monument protection law.
He handles unusual and complex cases in which conventional legal approaches have failed to produce the desired results.
His recent work has included preparing legal opinions concerning the recovery of wrecks of armoured vehicles and aircraft, as well as drafting a claim against one of the world’s largest American film studios.
Piotr has experience cooperating with law-enforcement authorities, the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration and other central and local government authorities.
He has made a significant contribution to efforts aimed at combating organised crime involving the illegal export of cultural property from Poland.
In addition to cultural heritage matters, Piotr advises on the legal aspects of marketing and sponsorship. He also handles family and guardianship matters with empathy and a strong understanding of the personal circumstances of each client.
Piotr graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
