Józef Żuromski

Józef is an attorney-at-law with nearly 30 years of experience providing ongoing legal support to businesses.

He has successfully advised companies operating in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, particularly in restructuring processes and in matters involving protection against hostile takeovers.

Józef currently assists businesses in preparing for ESG reporting requirements connected with the European Green Deal and the evolving sustainability regulatory framework.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed his attorney-at-law training at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
